This is such a lovely post, Mary Ann! I love the feel and fragrance of rose petals. My daughter dried a bunch of ours last summer.

It seems like the color and fragrance are intensified this winter, which has been very mild. My granddaughters like to gather red rose petals (organic) and steep in either white or cider vinegar for lovely rose vinegar to sprinkle on salads!
